ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The main objective of the department is to provide students with strong knowledge in Islamic Banking, Islamic financial Jurisprudence and commercial and banking law and to prepare them for employment in the Islamic Financial Services sector.
OUR FACULTY
The department courses cover a broad range of topics on Islamic business and finance that are delivered by our faculty members as well as by other faculty from the University of Bahrain and expert in the field Islamic finance. Our faculty are able to collaborate with other instructors who are actively engaged in research in Islamic business and finance as well as with postgraduate students that want to learn not only about the fundamentals of Islamic finance, but also about the contemporary research that continues to drive the field.
