Dr. Zafrul Allam is an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration at the University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain. He has a Ph.D. in the area of organizational behavior and Human Resource Management from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India on “A study of job involvement among bank employees as related to job anxiety, personality characteristics, and job burnout”. Dr. Allam started his journey to the academic profession as a Research Associate in the Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad, India and later joined as an Assistant Professor in the Eritrea Institute of Technology (E.I.T.), Eritrea (North East Africa) in the Department of Psychology. Dr. Allam got an opportunity to work in the Department of HRM, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from October 23, 2010, to January 29, 2020. Dr. Allam was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Quality Unit, Curriculum Committee, etc., and actively involved in the accreditation of the College by The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) and Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) at PSAU. Dr. Allam is an editorial member and reviewer in various journals. He has authored one book, presented papers, chaired a session, and attended many seminars and conferences. Dr. Allam has published more than 50 papers in national & international professional journals, chapter in book, many have been indexed in SCOPUS and Thomson Reuters with google scholar H index of 11 & I 10 index 11.
