FACULTY BIO

Dr. Soleman Mozammel (SFHEA-UK) has a long tenured and colourful career both in academia and in Industry.  He has earned his Ph.D. in "Organization and Management" from Capella University, Minnesota, USA in 2015.  He also acquired MBA (International Business) and BBA with double majors: Financial Management and Banking from Schiller International University, Florida, USA.  Since completion of Ph.D., Dr. Soleman has significantly contributed with scholarly publications in numerous SCOPUS, ABDC listed high-impact journals.  He has also contributed chapters in two management books.  He has also presented papers in numerous international conferences both as an academic presenter and keynote speaker.  He also supervised MBA thesis in HEI in Bahrain.  Currently, he's also supervising Ph.D. learner.  His scholarly publications have nearly 1300 citations/mentions by other scholarly papers around the globe.   Dr. Soleman completed numerous high-level academic, management and financial trainings as well as conducted several of them in his long career span since 1995 (Post MBA).  He has also fulfilled academic leadership roles both as Director and Chair of Quality Assurance as well as Chair of Scientific Research Council (SRC) at HEIs in Bahrain.   Apart from academic career, Dr. Soleman also enjoyed a rewarding corporate career in Canadian banking sector for over 10 years and won many awards. He also mentored numerous bankers that also won top corporate awards.  Apart from academia, Dr. Soleman is also highly regarded for his dynamic entrepreneurship skills as a financial/management consultant. Dr. Soleman has contributed producing and mentoring some top-level graduates, who are engaged as highly qualified professionals both in corporate and academic world around the globe.
