FACULTY BIO

Dr. Shaju George hold a PhD Degree from, Shivaji University, India. He is working with University of Bahrain as an Assistant Professor since 2013. He was engaged as a Doctoral Thesis Supervisor for Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program at University of Liverpool (Online) / Laureate Education, Inc. He was working with Royal University for Women, Kingdom of Bahrain as the Head of Department of Business. As Head of Department – Business, he was responsible for programs in Management, Marketing & Human Resources. He has been working in the field of Education with reputed Educational Institutions for more than 20 years. He has also worked with the College of Banking and Financial Studies- Muscat (curriculum of Strathclyde University, UK & Bradford University, UK and HND UK), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & St. Xavier’s College- Mumbai. He has developed and taught a variety of courses at the undergraduate and Master’s level: Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Creativity & Innovation Management and other courses in the area of Management. He is strongly committed to scholarly research, and is an active researcher. He has published several research papers in peer reviewed international journals. His articles published in newspapers have received encouraging feedback. He has developed pedagogical resources and reviewed 2 books of Pearson Publication on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
