FACULTY BIO

Dr. Raala Mohamed Al Athali is an Assistant Professor at the Management and Marketing Department at the University of Bahrain. She is working in the College of Business Administration since 2000. Dr. Raala graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. Her research interests include knowledge management, organizational behavior, corporate sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. She teaches several courses on management, organizational behavior, creativity and innovation management, business ethics, total quality management, human resource planning and development, and electronic marketing. Dr. Raala delivered workshops, participated in conferences, and wrote chapters books in the field of business. Currently, she is the Coordinator of Internship and Career Development at the College of Business Administration.
