FACULTY BIO

Dr. Mayasa Sultan AlSowaidi is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Marketing department of the Business school. Dr. Mayasa holds a DBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France in 2019. Her research interest focuses on Emotional Intelligence and leadership in non-Profit organizations. Dr. Mayasa serves at Central Bank of Bahrain in the IT department as a Superintendent of IT Planning & development, she holds a Bachelor of Mathematics minor in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain. Dr. Mayasa is also an Artist and a writer, she participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain and won many awards. She is also a member of the Bahrain Art Assassination Courses Taught: Creativity and Innovation Management and Organizational Development.
