Biography

Dr. Atul Bansal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting, College of Business Administration at the University of Bahrain, which he joined in October 2021. He has taught several accounting courses including IFRS, Taxation, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, Environmental Accounting, Cost - Financial - Management accounting. He is PhD in commerce and a seasoned academician or prolific researcher in the fields of Accounting and Taxation.

He has almost 24 years of dedicated academic experience in teaching, mentoring, administration and research in higher and professional education in India, Africa and in the Middle East at the Post Graduate, Undergraduate and professional levels under the prestigious AACSB (American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business) and the International Association for Management Education, UK, ISO (International Standards Organization) and NAAC (The National Assessment and Accreditation Council) to accredit Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in India.

He has a proven record of research and publications in peer-reviewed journals, listed with SCOPUS (Elsevier) and ABDC, etc. He has also presented research works at several international and national academic conferences. He is also empanelled as Occasional Reviewer and Editor with internationally acclaimed organizations.
