Dr. Ansa Savad is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from PRIST University, India. She has thirteen years of experience in teaching management students in Saudi Arabia, Oman and India. She has done Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mahatma Gandhi University. Before joining the University of Bahrain, she was working as Assistant Professor and Department Supervisor, at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU), Saudi Arabia. She received an award for her outstanding performance as a faculty member during the academic year 2019-2020. She was also a member of the Scientific Research Committee, Deanship of Scientific Research in PSAU. Before joining PSAU she worked as a Lecturer in Ibra College of Technology, Ministry of Manpower, Sultanate of Oman for five years. Earlier she worked as Assistant Professor at TKM Institute of Management, India for four years. Her research area includes, Social Entrepreneurial Orientation, Women Micro-Entrepreneurs, Transformational Leadership and the like. She has been principal investigator and co-investigator in few Funded Projects at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University. She is a passionate researcher with experience in publishing research articles in Web of Science and Scopus Indexed Journals. She has published articles in Emerald and Elsevier Journals in the different domains of Management. She has excellent experience in conducting training and workshops for Management students.
