PROGRAM LEVEL
The M.Sc. in HRM program at UOB enables students to increase their capabilities, gain access to global markets, and jump on the corporate ladder.
The program, through its three pillars of Engagement, Innovation and Impact, provides students with all the credible skills they need to be eligible to join multinational organizations and excel in their career path.
Furthermore, the program helps students become qualified for the full range of human resource professions, including, but not limited to, HR Director, HR Manager, HR Executive, HR Consultant, International HR Professional, Employee Relations Manager, Payroll Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Agent, Career advisor, Diversity and Inclusion Professional, HRM Coach, etc.

PROGRAM GOALS
- Apply knowledge of Human Resource Management generally and strategically.
- Exhibit leadership and communication skills.
- Evaluate global, cross-cultural and ethical issues in Human Resource Management.
- Develop research and analytical skills to identify innovative solutions for problems in the field of Human Resource Management
